Returns Policy: No returns after 30 days. No returns accepted with out receipts. All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) you must call 1 (304) 788-5420 to get an RGA. No return accepted without an RGA. 20% Restocking fee on all parts ordered in error. Returned good are not eligible for refund of shipping charges. Items not eligible for return policy: No cancellation or returns on Special Order Items. No cancellation or returns on custom items or custom work. No returns on Internal Engine Components. No returns on Electrical components or parts. Damaged Item Policy: Inspect all shipments for damage immediately upon receipt. Damage must be reported by the next business day, failure to do so will result in loss of recourse. Shipping Policy: All items shipped signature required. Warranty Policy: Warranties are for replacement only and exclude all labor cost. Warranty periods are set by the manufacturer, not by us. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order, you must call 1 (304) 788-5420; no other form of cancellation is accepted. Orders must be canceled prior to shipping.
